KCS President Sees Petroleum Transloading Starting at San Luis Potosi in Mexico by Mid-2017

A refined products petroleum terminal in San Luis Potosi state in Mexico is expected to begin handling transload operations by mid-2017, Kansas City Southern Railway President Patrick Ottensmeyer said Thursday at the RailTrends 2016 conference in New York.
