Court Grants Injunction to Stall California $45-Per-Rail-Car Hazmat Fee Until at Least Early 2017

A hazmat rail car fee planned to be levied by the state of California on rail operators with cars carrying certain hazardous substances through California will be delayed until at least the beginning of next year and possibly indefinitely.
