Midstream Firms Hold Open Seasons for Texas Express, Front Range NGL Pipelines

Midstream firms are looking to expand two pipelines bringing raw natural gas liquids (NGL) from production areas in Colorado to the Mt. Belvieu, Texas NGL fractionation and storage hub. They're looking to add roughly 100,000 b/d of capacity to the two lines. Two binding open seasons (one for the Texas Express pipeline and the other for the Front Range pipeline) were announced today to measure shipper commitments to move product on the lines.
