Blackline to Begin Newington Expansion Construction in April

Blackline Midstream LLC expects to start construction in April on an expansion of its Newington, New Hampshire propane terminal. When completed, the project will increase the volume of rail service to the terminal. The work is expected to be finished by the fourth quarter, said David Herr, vice president of marketing with Blackline Marketing LLC.

The company plans to replace the marine terminal’s existing six-car rail rack with a state-of-the-art 16-spot rack. Also, the company plans to add more propane refrigeration capacity and add three 90,000-gallon storage tanks.
