Update News Reports: Sunoco Says ME2 Pipeline Still Seen Opening in 2018; No Timetable on ME1; ME2X Expected in 2019

(This story updates an earlier posting regarding news reports that the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC) granted an emergency order to stop the flow of NGLs on Sunoco Logistics' ME1 pipeline.)

An order by the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC) this week to stop the flow of natural gas liquids (NGLs) on Sunoco Logistics' Mariner East 1 (ME1) pipeline does not affect construction of the company's Mariner East 2 pipeline (ME2), which continues throughout the state, according to a company spokesman.
