Energy Transfer Partners confirmed today, that it expects the Mariner East 2 natural gas liquids pipeline, under construction in Pennsylvania will be open by the end of the second quarter of 2018.
"We are 94% complete with mainline construction, 83% with drills completed or started, and we project to be in service by the end of the second-quarter," wrote Vicki Anderson Granado, vice president, PR and corporate communications with Energy Transfer Partners.
When asked when linefill may be injected into the pipeline, she was unable to provide a date.
"I will be able to answer that as we move towards that part of the project. We don’t pre-announce timelines in that manner," she added...
