Update: Pennsylvania DEP Fines Sunoco Pipeline $12.6 Million; ME2 Pipeline Construction to Resume

The state of Pennsylvania is allowing Sunoco Pipeline to resume construction of its Mariner East 2 (ME2) natural gas liquids pipeline.
