Total loaded liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) tank car moves rose 2.5% in December from November, according to a sampling of tank car moves compiled by Energy Transport Insider.
December’s gain followed a 1.2% increase in loaded LPG tank car moves in November from October. The gain in traffic reflected demand for LPG for the winter heating season.
