Another rail-served propane export facility is expected to open in British Columbia now that it has funding. Last week, Pembina Pipeline Corporation’s Board of Directors allocated $80 million to build a 25,000 b/d LPG export dock in Prince Rupert, British Columbia.
The allocation is part of a larger allocation of $400 million for new capital projects and a $1.3 billion 2018 capital program announced last week.
