Mountaineer NGL Storage Facility to Have 24-Spot Rail Rack

A planned Mountaineer NGL Storage LLC underground Appalachian natural gas liquids (NGL) storage facility slated to open in eastern Ohio in 2019 will likely include truck and rail loading and unloading racks. The facility will also connect to two Class 1 railroads: Norfolk Southern Railway (NS) and CSX Transportation (CSX), a company spokesman told Energy Transport Insider (ETI) this week.
