The Mariner East 2 pipeline is expected to open in the second quarter of 2018, Energy Transfer Partners said Wednesday during its third quarter earnings call.
This is the second time the company pushed back the opening of the 275,000 b/d natural gas liquids pipeline. The line was originally expected to open in the third quarter of 2017, then in the fourth quarter of 2017 and now in the second quarter of 2018.
