East Coast Propane Stocks Flush; Rail Car Market Steady, but Tight

Propane stocks appear to be unusually strong along the Dixie Pipeline as the U.S. heads into the winter heating season. Meaning, if the Southeast experiences a mild winter, retailers elsewhere in the nation looking for product could think of that area as an extra tank to tap – whether by truck or rail.
