Propane, Butane Rail Exports from Canada to U.S. Reported Up in Period Ended Dec. 1

Propane and butane rail exports from Canada to the U.S. rose in the reporting period ending Dec. 1, 2016, Canada’s National Energy Board (NEB) reported in late January. According to the NEB, the opening of two new rail terminals in Alberta (one in 2015 and the other in 2016) helped buoy exports. Propane rail exports in the period ended Dec. 1 stood at 3.4 million bbl, up from 3.2 million bbl in the month ended Nov. 1....
