Canada will enter the 2016-2017 winter with an even larger cushion of liquefied petroleum gas inventories than last year. Slipping exports due to slumping petroleum prices seem to support the stock build.
Total propane inventories stood at 10.515 million bbl, Canada’s National Energy Board said on Friday.
